This is another one of our favorite questions!  Yet again, it’s often hard to answer.  The only three things we can tell you are this…

  1. If you’d like to know if there is currently snow on the ground at the Castillo Landing Cabin, message us directly to ask for current snow conditions.
  2. One of the benefits of the Castillo Landing Cabin is that the way it sits on the mountain & the large pine trees layering the property, snow seems to keep longer than most properties on the mountain (sometimes up to weeks) after most snow storms.
  3. Unfortunately though, we can’t even remotely guess the future state of the snow coverage due to the unpredictability of the weather, so if your stay is weeks away, it’s likely hard to tell.
