Some of the nearby major activity highlights include Snow Summit & Bear Mountain Ski Resorts for skiing & snowboarding, the Big Bear Snow Play park for snow tubing, ropes courses & a motor kart speedway, the Big Bear Marina & the East Public Launch ramp for boating, fishing & wading in the lake, the Big Bear Convention Center best known for its infamous Oktoberfest, a marshland wildlife preserve trail, and the Alpine Zoo where you can view some awesome animals from around the mountain, just to name a few!
We are also minutes away from many delicious local eateries, a Vons & Stater Brothers market, a Starbucks & many other fun little shops & local treat spots, as well as a quick 10-minute drive to the infamous Big Bear Lake Village (the down town area of Big Bear) for many additional dining & entertainment options!
Most notably we are a quick 1-minute walk to a 24-hour Circle K convenience & gas station located at the end of the block for your convenience needs.
Big Bear Snow Play
Located 1 minute from the cabin. Includes a snow tubing park for winter & go-cart speedway & ropes course for the rest of the year.
The Big Bear Alpine Zoo
Less than 4 miles from the cabin, the zoo is an amazing wildlife experience where you will meet incredible mountain wildlife up close!
The Big Bear Lake Village
Located 10 minutes from the cabin, the Village is one of the best down town areas in all of Southern California for food, drinks, gifts & more!
